Club Rules.
1. The club shall be called Banbridge Leeds utd supporters club meeting in McGraths bar Banbridge. Its membership shall be limited at the discretion of the club. There may also be honorary members.

2. The object of the club is to support, uphold and maintain the interests and prestige of Leeds UTD.

3. All members must pay a monthly subscription of 1 pound, a yearly membership fee of 10 pounds or 25 pounds for a family and a voluntary 5 pounds can be paid towards the cost of any trips organised by the club.

4. All members can vote from the time of admission to the club.

5. Any meeting will be presided over by the Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer or in their absence a suitable replacement from the members at the meeting. Members shall at all time recognise and respect the ruling of the chair.

6. The secretary will keep the minutes of the meeting and read out at the start of the meeting the minutes of the previous meeting he/she will also conduct the correspondence as directed by the club.

7. The treasurer will received all monies and lodge the same in the club bank account. All withdrawals must have the signature of two committee members. The treasurer shall prepare a balance sheet to available to all members at any time for audit and at the AGM each year to give a full report.

8. The Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and elected committee member shall be the trustees. In whom shall be vested the trust for the club, all properties and monies.

9. All officials shall retire and shall be eligible for re-election at the AGM.

10. The club shall meet as often as is deemed necessary. With the AGM in May. All members to be notified seven clear days before the date of the AGM.

11. Majority of all present to take the necessary decisions.

12. Any alteration to the club rules are to be made at the AGM or at an extraordinary general meeting for which due notification has been given. Notice of motion must be given to the secretary prior to a meeting to be read at that meeting and discussed at the next meeting in full.

13. Any member of the club can nominate a new member and must be seconded and approved by the majority of the club at the given meeting.

14. Business transacted in the club must be regarded as confidential. Members violating this rule or guilty of gross misconduct in any way will be asked to account to the club at the next appropriate meeting and may be expelled by the rules committee which is to include the three main office bearers and two elected members.

15. Members who fall into arrears of three-month dues will be written to and asked to rectify the fault or resign membership of the club. In the absence of a suitable response after one month there membership will be terminated.

16. It is imperative that the Secretary be notified at once of all cases of family sickness, or death, or change of address.

17. The club shall travel to selected matches under arrangements as discussed in the club meetings.

18. All trip funds must be paid 4 weeks before any match and in the event of a member having to withdraw from that trip prior to 4 weeks the deposit will not be refundable.

19. The committee decision in all matters is final.
